[Server 1-3] Server Merger

Dear players,

In response to SOGers’ request, we are merging server 1 to 3. After the merger, all the data of S1-3 will be merged into S1. This will take place on next Friday (July, 13). The exact time will be informed when it’s set. The server merger is to promote a more competitive and balanced environment where PvP is more exciting. There will be more players available for dungeons and events after the merger. Please note that we are also planning Sever 4-7 merger, please wait patiently.   

Merger Rules:
1. Account Deletion Rules 
We will keep your accounts if you meet any of the below criteria:

a.Account level is 40 or above
b.You are VIP player
c.You login to the game within 15 days.

For example, if you are level 30, not a VIP, but you login to SOG within 15 days, we will keep your account.

On the contrary, if your account failed to meet any of the three criteria, it will be deleted and won’t be recovered.

2. Other Rules:
a.If your account is kept, all your character data, items, gold, etc will remain unharmed!
b.All rankings will be reset after the merger.
c.Guild information (including members, guild level, asset, research level) will remain. The deleted character will quit the guild and do no harm to the Total DKP.
Please note that if the Guild leader’s account is deleted, the guild will be dismissed. 

3. Exceptional Cases
a. What if one account plays on multiple servers, what would happen to their characters after the merge?

After the merger, all the data of S1-3 will be merged into S1, but the login link remains the same. So if you have three accounts respectively in S1, S2 and S3, you can login the three accounts at the same time via corresponding server link.

b. What happens if several characters with the same name end up on the same server?

If this happens, character name in Server 1 will not be renamed, player from Server 2 or 3 will be renamed in the format of “character name_ Server No.”. For example, if there are two characters named Hemming in server 1 and 2, Hemming from Server 1 will not be renamed, but Hemming from Server 2 will be named as Hemming_2. If there are two characters with the same name from S2 and S3, both of them will be renamed as Hemming_2 and Hemming_3.
c. what happens if two guilds with the same name end up on the same server?

If this happens, guild name in Server 1 will not be renamed, Guilds of Server 2 or 3 will be renamed in the format of “guild name_ Server No.”. For example, if there are two guilds named Conqueror in server 1 and 2, Conqueror from Server 1 will not be renamed, but Conqueror from Server 2 will be named as Conqueror _2. If there are two guilds with the same name from S2 and S3, both of them will be renamed as Conqueror _2 and Conqueror _3.

d.What about top-up?
After the merger, top-up entrance remains. If you were in server 2, please choose server 2 for top-up after the merger.
